Terms & Conditions - applicable to Apartment Booking, Club Paraiso, San Miguel de Salinas

Conditions of Booking: All bookings accepted by Apartments2Enjoy are subject to these terms & conditions. Apartments2Enjoy relies on mutual understanding and trust between its clients and itself

Prices/Payments: Apartments2Enjoy reserves the right to reduce prices in the case of 'Special Offers' When making a booking, a deposit/booking fee is required and the legally binding contract is formed at the time the booking is made. Confirmation of the reservation will be mailed by Apartments2Enjoy.

Cancellation or Alteration to Accommodation Bookings:

1) If you cancel the booking. The client may give notice in writing to cancel their booking at any time and the cancellation will be effective from the date Apartments2Enjoy actually receives such notification. In the event of cancellation after the booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation charges are applicable:
 

More than 56 days prior to departure 50% of total accommodation price
 

Less than 56 days prior to departure 100% of total accommodation price

 
2) If we cancel your booking. All reasonable endeavours will be made to provide the booking as advertised. However, bookings are subject to change and we reserve the right to cancel your booking, in particular in the following circumstances: Force Majeure e.g. war, threat of war, riot, civil commotion or unrest, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, fire, adverse weather conditions, natural or nuclear disaster, epidemices and all similar events beyond the control of Apartments2Enjoy. In these circumstances, Apartments2Enjoy will try to offer suitable alternative arrangements, without being able to guarantee such or otherwise make a full refund of all monies paid, relation to the accommodation reservation.
 
3) Alteration to Accommodation bookings: Our best efforts will be made to assist with alterations once a booking has been confirmed charged at £25 per change, if the alteration is accepted.

Accommodation: 1) The accommodation provided for a booking is for use of the clients listed on the confirmation invoice. Subletting, sharing or assignment is prohibited.
 
2) All damage, breakages and other liabilities incurred at the accommodation will be charged to clients and must be paid for on departure. A breakages deposit, usually in the form of a cheque will be required from the client at time of paying the final balance 56 days prior to travel.
 
3) The total number of people including babies and children occupying our accommodation should not exceed the maximum occupancy set out in the booking confirmation.
