This luxury accomodation is a two family townhouse on 3 levels and boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) a shower room and a separate wc thus providing spacious holiday living.

There are high quality fixtures and fittings as befit this home from home and there is a 40 sq metre private patio with pool access plus a balcony off the first floor.

Guests have access to private underground parking however, there is ample parking outside the front door.

There is limited wheelchair access due to 3 steps.

Vila Sol resort is a destination on it’s own and yet just 5 mins from the classy Vilamoura Marina.

Within the site, the house is located less than a minutes walk (just 50 meters or so) to the 5* Vila Sol Spa, the golf academy, tennis  courts and the golf club house, ideal for lunch on the terrace.

Vila Sol 5* Hotel and Spa houses all the top class amenities you would expect from such an establishment, indoor and outdoor pools with Michelin Star restaurant and cocktail bar. There are special spa rates available for residents at Vila Sol.

A village pub and shops are only a 10 minute walk away and a summer service to the resort’s private beach leaves from the entrance.

As well as your own communal pool there are another 8 to choose from on site!!

Vila Sol Golf: 27 Hole Championship course within a minutes walk, adjoining golf academy and range with discount for  residents.

This is one of the many top class golf courses within 10 minutes drive of the resort.
Places to Visit

At the heart of Vilamoura is the marina which has the capacity to berth over 1,000 vessels. The marina is surrounded by large hotels and luxury holiday homes as well as a large casino and numerous restaurants and vibrant bars.

At the far corner of the marina, it is possible to charter boats for big game fishing. There are also facilities for jet skiing and parascending. Close by there are also a number of sports clubs, a shooting range and many night clubs.

Tourism in Vilamoura is extensive and well-developed, with many different resorts with ratings from 3 star to 5 star. This is a substantially higher average than the surrounding areas, which have ratings varying from 2 star to 4 star. As a consequence of being mostly privately owned, the town is very opulently designed.

The town/marina has an extensive variety of activities which are usually on Tuesdays, Thursdays and weekends. Activities include touring the local caves (on the coastline) which are nearer Albufeira rather than Vilamoura. This trip (cave) is usually performed by boats.

There are also two companies which operate trains-on-wheels for travel between resorts. For the avid historians there is a preserved Roman site and museum providing an insight to the area's past. Originally a Roman fishing town, the ruins include baths in which the mariners used to bathe.

300 days of sunshine per annum with minimum temperatures of 12 centigrade in Winter and a cool summer breeze keeping the summer season comfortable make the Algarve the ideal tourist destination.

The transfer time to the Vila Sol Resort is only 20mins from Faro.
