The Small Print (Conditions)

  •          The free week must be taken consecutively with the paid week (i.e. a complete fortnight).
  •          Where the 2 weeks fall into separate price bands, the dearer price band will apply.
  •          The free week must be taken in the same cottage as the paid week.
  •          The offer is not transferable and is subject to availability.
  •          Our normal discounts still apply to the paid week… see the list below.

Other Discounts

The following additional discounts are available (one per booking).

  • 20% for members of the 3 emergency services - both uniformed and support staff.
  • 20% for retired Police Officers.
  •    20% for members of the UK Armed Forces including Reserve and Cadet Forces.

Does your planned holiday coincide with a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary? We are happy to arrange some nice little extras

on your behalf to make your stay with us even more memorable. Some popular examples are:-

  •   Champagne on ice awaiting your arrival.
  •    Fresh flowers and a box of quality chocolates in your room.
  •   Special meal with celebration cake in local restaurant.

Fully Escorted Service

Our elderly guests particularly appreciate the peace-of-mind that this service offers… Gerry the owner lives next door and enjoys looking

after our guests in person. He will do whatever he can to make your holiday one to remember.

  • You will be met on arrival at Prague airport and conveyed direct to your holiday cottage in our air-conditioned minibus.
  • You will be personally escorted on a different tour on every day of your holiday in the minibus or you can relax at your cottage as you wish.
  • All meals will be arranged for you in local restaurants to coincide with the tour itinerary and the bills paid on your behalf in the local currency.
  • Entry fees, ferry and public transport fares, refreshments etc. will all be taken care of on your behalf as they occur.
  • At the end of the holiday, you settle your itemised bill with Gerry in pounds sterling (much as you would on leaving any hotel).
  • Finally, you will be conveyed to Prague airport in the minibus, arriving in good time to check-in for your return flight home.
