This lovely 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is located in a quiet location called Algorfa in Spain's beautiful Costa Blanca - approximately 40 minutes away from both Alicante and Murcia Airports.

Location
It is close to some of the Costa Blanca's most fabulous beaches such as Guadamar and La Marina. The main town of Algorfa is just a 3 minute walk away with supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants and the many other facilities that a small town hosts.

Property Features
The spacious apartment has a large private but, communal swimming pool, the complex is gated with a private car parking space in an underground garage.

Inside the apartment is a utility room comprising washing machine and ironing board/iron, the kitchen is self contained and fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle including all condiments and crockery.

The lounge/dining area is spacious and is fully furnished. There are two good sized bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the second bedroom has a double bed.

The bathroom has a sink, bath, shower, bidet and toilet and is fully tiled with a large mirror to compliment. Leading from the lounge through patio doors is a very large private sunbathing area, including family sized patio furniture. The complex has a lift to 3 floors where a further private solarium is available for use.

The resort is surrounded by orange and lemon groves, with several traditional Spanish tapas bars, shops, including a pharmacy and opticians. Banks, coffee shops, supermarkets, butchers, bakers, fish shop, a couple of electrical shops, garden centre, diy, bars and restaurants are all close by.

There is a beautiful square which hosts festivals and carnivals at certain times of the year. A disco in the Tropicana and bars that have Sky for those that want it!

There is a market on a Wednesday morning. There is bicycle hire for the sporty.

The weather in Algorfa has an average of 77 degrees fahrenheit!

Places to Visit

La Finca 18 hole Golf Course which has been named as "world class" and is just 5 minutes from the apartment. There are at least 4 other 18 hole golf courses and some smaller ones nearby all within the vicinity of the apartment.

Blue Flag beaches are within the location and the golden white sands compliment the towns surrounding them. Nature reserves, leisure facilities rest and relaxation are in abundance!

Torrevieja with its new promenade and nightly markets is alive with people and shoppers. There is horse riding and five sailing ports for the energetic. There is as much or as little as you wish to do here. Just enjoy and be happy!!
