Property Features
Set on a hillside, in the south-east corner of the idyllic Thai island of Koh Samui; it has stunning views, and is a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach.

The main part of the villa has a huge lounge, a kitchen and two double-bedrooms with ensuites.

The other two ensuite, double-bedrooms, are self-contained, separate from the main building, making them both very quiet and private.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, and have stand alone fans as well.

The large swimming pool (100 sq.mtrs), goes from very shallow to 5' 10", and is totally private. Given the size of the terraced area, for the sun worshipper during the day, there are always parts that are in full sun and, for the sun averse, others that are in the shade.

In all, this property comprises 680 sq. mtrs.

PLEASE NOTE: This villa is NOT suitable for toddlers.

The hire of a vehicle is a must. Pick up and return to and from the airport is included in the rental.

Local Amenities By car, it is located 45 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from the main resort town of Chaweng, and 10 minutes away from Lamai, the island's second resort town.

This is a very quiet location, however, within an easy walking distance are local Thai cafe/restaurants, Tiger Zoo, Aquarium, and small boutique hotels with full spa and beauty facilities.
Places to Visit
Short drives from this location to waterfalls, beautiful temples, elephant trekking, mountain view restuarants, stunning coastal views, local hamlets, fishing villages and towns. And within 20 minutes to a main ferry port giving the possibility of exploring other islands.
