Local Amenities The apartment is located approx. 200 metres from the popular Villamartin Plaza where there is a good variety of restaurants, bars, banks, a few gift shops and a well stocked supermarket.

Villamartin's 18 hole golf course is approx. 300 yards and there are a number of other good quality courses in the local area.

A childrens play park is just a few minutes walk.
Places to Visit
There are a number of beautiful sandy beaches nearby, the nearest being La Zenia 5 minutes drive. It has a Spanish restaurant, beach bar and childrens play equipment.

A few minutes further, Cabo Roig is a lovely sheltered beach, ideal for children, with similar facilites. Campoamor beach is around 10 minutes away and has a lovely promenade to walk along.

Approx. 25 minutes drive is the Mar Menor with a variety of water sports and sheltered beaches.

The large Spanish town, Torrevieja is approx. 20 minutes drive but for a more traditional old Spanish town, San Miguel is just 10 minutes drive and here you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants in the various side streets. On Wednesdays, San Miguel holds its regular street market which is very popular..
