Welcome to our pride and joy in Florida!

Situated on the select development of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, our 4 bedroom 4 bathroom detached villa is only 20 minutes South West of Disney on US Highway 27.

Comfortably sleeping up to 8 people, it is fully air conditioned and furnished to the highest standards.

There are 2 Master Bedrooms and 2 further bedrooms each with twin beds (3 of the bedrooms are full en-suite).

The open plan kitchen is equipped with all mod cons; - Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Cooker, Microwave and Large Fridge/Freezer with ice-making facility and a sit up breakfast bar. In the kitchen there is also a separate 'nook' dining area for 4 people.

Outside within the protective Lanai (keeps out flies & bugs) there is a large pool with Jacuzzi and a colour changing pool lighting system for those night-time swims! The pool area is equipped with table and chairs for essential alfresco dining as well as 4 large comfortable sun loungers.

Inside there is a comfortable lounge area with Internet access, Cable TV and DVD player (we have a selection of UK titles/films) and telephone.

We also have a Gas BBQ for use on those hot balmy nights after a hard day at the parks!

Internally the Villa is light, airy and spacious and of an exceptional standard. It has air conditioning throughout and high vaulted ceilings.

Deep pile carpets and extensive Ceramic Tiling in the wet areas set the upmarket tone and the main large open plan sitting area is equipped with Internet, cable TV and a DVD player (with a selection of DVD’s).

Of course there is always the deep, comfortable sofa and chairs to rest those aching limbs after a hard day at the parks! In addition there is also a formal dining area with seating for six – but with Florida so laid back and relaxed it is rarely used!

1st Master bedroom with a huge Kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobe and huge fully tiled en-suite luxury bathroom, including twin wash basins, very large corner 'tub' bath and a separate 8ft. ‘walk-in’ shower cubicle.

2nd Master bedroom is situated on the first floor, with Kingsize bed, closet and full en-suite bathroom with wash basin, WC, bath with shower.

3rd Guest bedroom with two single beds, located on the ground floor, which is fully en-suite with wash basin, WC, bath with shower.

4th Guest bedroom with two single beds, located on the ground floor and adjacent to the 4th bathroom with wash basin, WC, and bath with shower.

Our villa has full laundry facilities, including a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board

All Linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, hairdryers and hair straighteners are provided.

The villa is a very large 4 bedroom, 4 Bathroom home with private Pool/Spa and large especially extended deck. It is South Facing which means it gets the sun all day long!

For the budding golfer or the true expert, we are only 2 minutes from Southern Dunes Golf Club, and with over 120 other courses within a 40-minute drive you will be spoilt for choice! Close by we have a ‘Super Wal-Mart’, a Walgreen’s chemist, plus an upmarket Publix supermarket.

It is only 5 minutes drive from our personal favourite restaurant ‘Manny’s Chop House’ – superb atmosphere, good food, huge portions and cheap too – highly recommended!

The Community has a lake for fishing and most days you will see boats on Tower Lake but watch out for the Gators!

Additionally there is some great shopping to be had within a 5-minute drive at the newly opened Posner Park development on the junction of Interstate 4 and US27 highway. With the likes of JC Penney’s, Belk, Target, Best Buy to name a few you will be spoilt for choice.

Within 10 minutes you can be in Kissimmee on the famous ‘192’ where there are literally hundreds of restaurants to suit all tastes – Big steak houses, sophisticated Italians, Diners and great Sports type bars for atmosphere and big burgers!

The Villa backs on to a green area and is not overlooked. From the Pool Deck, enjoy our floodlit colour changing Pool with it’s own deck jets for added fun in the sun! Opening the rear sliding doors reveals the fabulous 40' Pool/Spa, Palm trees, covered Lanai and eating area with ceiling fan. We have added our own Palm Trees and opaque panels around the Jacuzzi so the Pool area is totally private.
