Property Features

Townhouse consists of open plan living/dining space with air conditioning, colonial fans and fly screens.

There is a 32" LCD Sky TV, 3 x 2 seater leather sofas with throws, dining table and 6 chairs.

The fully fitted kitchen has all white goods, crockery etc. and the downstairs enjoys the beneifts of WC with basin.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. The patio doors lead to the balcony which has table and chairs so that you can enjoy the view of mountains and sea.

The 2nd bedrooom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning, fly screens and fans. The bathroom is fitted with WC, basin and power shower over bath. There is a large cabinet for toiletries.

House is fully equipped with all linens, towels and quilts for bedding.

The property is cleaned before and after each visit.

Local Amenities

The property is situated on a quite complex with 23 townhouses which surround a semi-circular pool. When lit at night and with the landscaped gardens it is quite beautiful.

The village of Peyia is just 20 minutes on foot and 5 minutes in a car. It has supermarkets, a bakery, butchers and chemist. There is also new gym for those who want to keep in shape and also a hairdressers,

There is a selection of traditional restaurants and bars.

Places to Visit

There are a number of excellant beaches nearby the closest being Coral Bay which is 5 minutes in car.

Beaches are well kept and suitable for swimmers of all ages.Coral Bay has many restaurants and bars offering an abundance of nightlife.

There is an indoor market and food market at Paphos old town and with the beautiful harbour at Kato Paphos for a wonderful long lunch or evening meal, the fish restaurants are fab!

To reach the harbour area is about 20 minutes in car.
