No1 CopperPot Credit Union was formed on 1st October 2004 when No1 Police Credit Union Limited and CopperPot Credit Union Limited amalgamated.
With approximately £35 million in assets and over 15,000 members, No1 CopperPot Credit Union is one of the largest and most successful credit unions in England & Wales.
Prior to this merger both credit unions had been running successfully with over 30 years of experience between them.
We now have a national common bond which extends exclusively to all the police forces across England & Wales including British Transport Police and the Ministry of Defence Police. This includes serving officers, retired officers, retired support staff, support staff and close family members residing at the same address.

for profit” financial service provider we primarily offer convenient
savings and low cost loans to our members.
